Barnflow is the modern operating system for professional horse boarding facilities. We bring daily care, stall occupancy, billing, and horse-owner communication into one place — so the barn office and the aisle share the same picture of the day.

Who we serve first: boarding-focused facilities with roughly 20–60 horses — owner-operated or small management teams still wrestling with spreadsheets, whiteboards, or software that was never built for boarding.

Two audiences, one product: barn staff run care, stalls, inventory, and invoices with clear roles; horse owners use a self-service portal for their horses, care visibility, documents, and bills. We never call owners “guests.”

Trust by design: each barn’s records stay with that organization. Staff only work inside their facility; horse owners only see the horses and invoices their barn has linked to them.

Barnflow is available as a web app you can install on phones and tablets for aisle work — including a property map, inventory, and multi-location support when your barn needs more than one site.
