Can I move off spreadsheets and a whiteboard?
Yes. Start with an empty barn or load sample data, then import horses from a CSV under Import. Add stalls, clients, and invoices in the app. Barnflow does not automatically pull a named competitor’s database.
Who is Barnflow not for?
Barnflow is for professional boarding barns. It is not a backyard hobby tracker or a guest-booking site. Trainer stall leases, multi-location scope, and public stall listings are Pro — they are not part of Starter or Growth.
How do horse owners pay, and when do I get the money?
Owners pay barn invoices by card in the portal through Stripe Checkout. Payouts go to the barn’s connected Stripe account under Settings → Payouts. That is separate from the Barnflow plan subscription, which is billed to StableSync LLC. See the payouts help article for the bank steps.
Are users unlimited?
Yes. Starter, Growth, and Pro include unlimited staff users. Horse owners in the portal are not a paid seat. Plan price does not go up when you invite the team.
How long is the trial, and what happens after 14 days?
The trial is 14 days with full product access and no credit card. When it ends, staff are asked to choose Starter, Growth, or Pro before they can keep using the barn. Your records are not deleted.
