Barn insights (Pro)

Open Insights from the staff nav (or Reports → Insights). This page is included on Pro (and during an active trial). Growth still has occupancy, receivables, and health reports.

What you see

• Occupancy — current stall occupancy for the location you selected. Historical occupancy trends are not stored yet.
• Care completion — share of care tasks completed in the last 30 or 90 days (skipped tasks stay in the total).
• Receivables aging — open invoice balances bucketed as current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ days past due.
• Health overdue — share of active horses with at least one overdue health record.

Use the 30 / 90 days control for care completion. Occupancy and health are current snapshots; aging uses open invoices as of today.

Who can open it

Owners, admins, and managers on Pro. Other plans see an upgrade prompt rather than an empty error.
