Barn notices for staff and owners
TL;DR
Managers post a notice under Notices in the staff app. Publish it so horse owners see it on portal Home. Staff-only notices stay in the staff list.

How to post
- Staff: Notices in the nav (
/app/notices). - Title, body, audience (staff / owners / both), optional Urgent.
- Leave Publish now checked, or save a draft and Publish later.
- Horse owners see published owner/both notices on portal Home.
Example
Storm Saturday: manager posts urgent “Barn closed 2–6 p.m.” to owners. Portal Home shows it when they open the app.
Managers and above can post. All staff can read. Horse owners only see published owner-facing notices.
