Billing and invoices
Who can manage billing
- Owners, admins, and managers create and send invoices.
- Catalog and tax settings are owners and admins under Settings → Billing.
Flow
- Create an invoice for a client (or from care-to-cash).
- Send emails the owner when Resend is configured, or mark sent for testing.
- Owners pay from the portal via Stripe Checkout when configured.
Deposits
- Track security deposits under Billing → Deposits and apply them when appropriate.
