QBO & CSV Export — Barnflow Billing

How to

1. Sign in as owner, admin, or manager with reports access. Growth+ reports (trial includes it).
2. Open Reports (/app/reports).
3. Optional: set From / To then Invoices CSV. Other links download payments, line items, or clients.
4. Import the CSV into QuickBooks or your accountant’s tool. Direct QBO OAuth sync is not available.

Example

Month-end: set From 2026-08-01 and To 2026-08-31, download invoices, then line items for horse and property columns.

from and to are YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive UTC days. Omit both for the full ledger. Exports include barn-issued invoices only (not trainer invoices to horse owners).

Payment columns

id, invoice_id, client_name, amount_cents, amount_usd, currency, status, paid_at, stripe_payment_intent_id, created_at

Line item columns

invoice_id, line_id, client_name, description, kind, quantity, unit_amount_cents, amount_cents, amount_usd, horse_name, property_name, billing_split_percent, issued_at

Client columns

id, full_name, email, phone, billing_email

AI must not promise QuickBooks Online two-way sync or /app/billing/exports.
