Run a barn and board somewhere else
TL;DR
One login can be staff at your barn and a horse owner at another. Use Owner portal in the staff sidebar, or Barn app in the portal header. You never sign out to switch.

For: People who work at one barn and board a horse at another (or board at their own barn). Never called “guest”.
How to switch
- Sign in once with the email both barns know.
- In the staff app, click Owner portal (bottom of the sidebar, or mobile header) to see your horses and invoices.
- In the owner portal, click Barn app to return to Today.
- If you staff more than one barn, use the Barn dropdown under the org name.
- Next sign-in without a special link returns you to the last shell you used.
Example
Alex owns Willow Barn and boards Maple at Meadowbrook. Monday she works Today at Willow. Tuesday she taps Owner portal, pays Maple’s board, then Barn app to finish Willow’s stall map. One Google or email login.
What you can do
- Staff lists stay on your organization. The boarded horse at the other barn does not appear on Willow’s horse list.
- Portal home lists each barn you are linked to as a horse owner.
- The other barn must invite this email (Clients → Invite to portal) before the owner hat appears.
