Create a staff account, confirm email, and open your organization.

Sign in and sign up
Staff (barn team)
- Open Sign up and choose a barn name, your name, email, and password.
- Confirm your email if prompted, then sign in.
- You land on Today. Your first user becomes the organization owner.
Horse owners (portal)
- Use the invite email from your barn (same email address).
- Sign up with portal intent or open the invite link, then sign in.
- Open Owner portal to see horses, care, documents, and invoices.
Tips
- Staff and portal are different experiences — use the account you were given.
- Forgot password? Use your email provider recovery or contact the barn owner.
- Multi-location barns: owners/admins can use All properties; other roles pick one barn.
