Manage leased stalls as a trainer
TL;DR
If the barn leased stalls to you, open Lease workspace from the portal header or Account. Add horse owners, assign exclusive stalls, place turnout, and invoice those owners. Pro after trial.

How to (staff)
- Lease empty stalls to the trainer from their client profile (Leases).
- Staff still see those horses on Today and the map, but cannot edit the horse or sub-tenant profile.
- In an emergency, a manager can Move stall on the horse profile. That is logged and the lease holder is emailed.
How to (lease holder)
- Sign in to the owner portal with the email the barn invited.
- Open Leases in the header, or Account → Lease workspace.
- Add horse owners (people who board with you). Invite them to the owner portal.
- Add horses, pick the owner, and assign an exclusive leased stall.
- Place horses into a leased pasture for AM / PM / all day. Sign the barn’s unit-lease contract when it arrives.
- Invoices you send bills your horse owners with ad-hoc lines. Payouts starts your Stripe account so they can pay by card.
What you owe the barn stays under Invoices.

Willow Training LLC leases A-01–A-04. Alex opens Leases, adds Maya as a horse owner, adds Maple, and assigns A-02. Maya signs in to the owner portal and only sees Maple. Barn staff log Maple’s morning feed but cannot rename Maple.

- Not a second barn login. You stay a horse owner with extra workspace.
