Manager Assist

Requirements
- Growth or Pro (full access during an active trial).
- An owner or admin turns Generative AI on under Settings → AI.
- You are an owner, admin, or manager.
How to use it
Type a question such as “Which invoices are past due?” or “How do I send a boarding agreement?” Assist cites source records (horse:…), (invoice:…), (care_task:…) or help articles (kb:slug).
What it will not do
Assist cannot create, edit, void, or delete invoices, horses, care tasks, or clients. Use the matching Barnflow screen for changes. It does not diagnose medical issues.
Every answer is stored in your barn’s AI audit log. There is an hourly cap so a busy barn cannot run away with requests.
