Get around on a phone
TL;DR
Staff: Today, Horses, Stalls, Clients, then More for Calendar, Billing, and the rest. Horse owners: Home, Horses, Invoices, then More for Messages, Documents, Bookings, and Leases.

On a phone, Barnflow keeps a short bottom bar and puts everything else behind More. Desktop staff still use the full sidebar.
How to (staff)
- Open the barn app on your phone (
/app/today). - Use the bottom bar: Today, Horses, Stalls, Clients.
- Tap More for Calendar, Listings, Billing, Shifts, Settings, Help, and the rest (same groups as the desktop sidebar).
- There is no hamburger menu in the header — More is the only full menu.
How to (horse owner)
- Open the owner portal (
/portal). - Use Home, Horses, Invoices.
- Tap More for Messages, Requests, Documents, Bookings (when available), Leases (when you lease a stall), and Account.
- Header Account still goes to
/portal/moreas a shortcut.
Example
Willow’s manager finishes morning care from Today, checks a stall on Stalls, then opens More → Billing for an invoice. A horse owner pays from Invoices and opens More → Messages to ask about turnout.

Why this changed
V2.3 shortened the primary tabs so the first minute on the aisle is care and horses — not six equal destinations. Calendar and Listings remain one tap away in More.
