TL;DR
Horse owners open Requests in the portal, pick a barn if they board at more than one, and send a care, health, billing, or facility request. Staff update status on Requests (Growth+).

Owner Service Requests — Barnflow
How to send a request
- Portal → Requests (
/portal/requests). - If you board at more than one barn, pick which barn.
- Choose type, optional horse, title, and details → Send request.
- Staff (manager+) open Requests in the staff app and set Open / In progress / Done.
Example
Farrier is late — owner sends Health request on Willow. Barn manager marks In progress, then Done after the appointment.
Growth+ after trial (trial includes it). Starter barns should use Messages instead. This is not product Support (/app/support).
