Stall board and properties

Open Stalls from the staff nav. You can work in List view or Property Map (?view=map).

List board

• Filter by property, occupancy status, and search (unit name or horse).
• See which stalls, paddocks, and pastures are free or full.
• Assign, move, or clear horses from a unit.
• Capacity rules apply: single stalls hold one horse; pastures and multi-capacity units can hold more.

Properties (multi-location)

1. Open Stalls → Properties.
2. Add a property (barn / farm location) with a clear name.
3. Create units under that property (stalls, paddocks, pastures) with capacity.
4. Use the global Location switcher so Today, stalls, and other lists respect the barn you are working.

Owners and admins can use All properties; other roles typically work one location at a time.

Units

• New unit from the stall board or property context.
• Edit unit type, name, capacity, and notes.
• Soft capacity matters for pastures and run-in sheds — map and list both enforce rules.

Property Map (overview)

Switch to Map for aisle-side ops:

• Drag horses onto stalls or pastures
• Morning strip, stickers, intake mode, unit drawer
• Edit layout: templates, copy layout, canvas sketch
