TL;DR
Send a SignWell unit-lease contract to the lease holder. Exclusive stalls go active when they sign, or a manager can override (logged). Allotments can go active unsigned with a warning. Pro after trial; e-sign is Growth+.

How to (staff)
- On the lease holder’s profile, Agreements → kind Unit lease. Pick a PDF. The signer is this owner.
- Leave Link this contract to this owner’s draft and active leases checked so occupancy rows point at the contract.
- Exclusive leases save as draft until the contract is signed. Then Activate lease. Or check Activate now without a signed contract (manager override, audited).
- Shared pasture allotments can go active without a signature. The form warns if no signed unit-lease exists yet.

- Open Leases → Unit-lease contract, or Documents.
- Sign in SignWell. The barn can then activate exclusive stalls.
